1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Before Shipment:You can cancel your order within 5 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped. Once the order is canceled, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 6 business days.
  • After Shipment:If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you can opt for a return after receiving the product

2. Order Cancellation by Us

In rare cases, we may have to cancel your order due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Payment issues
  • Delivery location constraints
  • If we cancel your order, you will be notified via email or phone, and a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 6 business days.

3. Non-Cancellable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for cancellation once an order is placed. These include:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Perishable goods
  • Please review the product description carefully before placing your order.

4. Refund Process

Once your cancellation request is approved, refunds will be processed within 6 business days. Depending on your payment method, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
